Laying Down
This is the most comfortable and relaxing position for a cat.
Cats have a strange habit of finding very narrow places, and lying in what looks like an uncomfortably tight area. It seems like this is heavily influenced by their wild instincts. Cats liked to enter narrow spaces in the wild, so their food couldn't be taken by other animals. Also, cats always sleep with facing outwards in order to protect themselves. In any case, there is no denying that lying in narrow spaces is the most comfortable and relaxing place for a cat to be.
