Any can understand the appeal of a kitty's soft paws!
The paws refers to the padding on a cat's feet. While everyone loves the feeling of a cat's paws, indoor cats have slippery soft paws, while outdoor cats and rough and hard paws. Paws are very useful for a cat, they can use them to walk very softly so their prey doesn't hear them, or use them as cushions when jumping afrom a tree.
