These kitties are looking for foster parents. A foster parent means “someone who raises someone else's child in place of the parents”. The same meaning applies for dogs and cats. Meaning, if the previous owner can no longer take care of the cat or dog due to moving or family reasons, a foster parent is someone who will take over the responsibility of owning the cat. Of course it is important to take a cute picture of the cat, but when searching for a foster parent, be sure to include as much information as possible about the cat's personality, health conditions, deworming, vaccination, spay/neuter status, virus testing (feline AIDS and leukemia), toilet training, etc.
