In recent years many purebred cats have been born, but numbers still heavily favor mixed cats. While we call them purebred, most of them were born researched and born from cats that already existed in the town, so it is not an overstatement to say that “mix” is the most basic cat. That's why there is a possibility that the current mix could become the next purebred.
