Selkirk Rex
They are the newest type of curly haired cat.
The Selkirk Rex the newest breed in the large category of curly haired cats. A cat with a curly hair mutation at a pet rescue center in Montana USA in 1987 became the roots for that breed. Their bodies are muscular, while their heads and eyes are round, they have full cheeks, and their whole body is generally round. Their biggest feature is their curly hair, which is there from when they are born. Their hair is thick like velvet, and very voluminous. They are a very shy cat, who don't get angry even if they are roughed up a little, and they seem to be slightly embarrassed sometimes.
