Tortoiseshell Cat
They are called anything from Tortoiseshell to Calicos.
Tortoiseshell cats have a mixture of black and brown fur. Cats with more black hair are usually called Black Tortoiseshell cats, whole cats with more brown are called Red Tortoiseshell. Due to their genetics they are almost always female. Females are generally gentle, cooperative, and graceful. It seems like they have both the calm nature of black cats, and the spoiled personality of brown cats.
